1. Shipping Coverage

Call Me Twinkle offers international shipping to most countries worldwide. However, due to shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver to the following destinations:

  • India
  • Morocco
  • Jamaica
  • Barbados
  • Gibraltar
  • Algeria
  • Slovakia
  • Latvia

If your country is not listed above but you have concerns about delivery, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our China warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you do not receive this notification, please check your spam folder or contact us at service@callmetwinkle.com.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

The total delivery time is comprised of both order processing and shipping time. All shipping times below are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your parcel is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, kindly contact our support team for assistance.

4. Shipping Fees

 

Free Shipping is available for orders over $69.
For orders below $69, standard shipping fees apply:

  • United States: $11.99
  • Other regions: $9.99

5. Customs & Duties

Unless explicitly stated as “duties paid” during the shipping selection process, all orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU) by default.
Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by your country’s regulations are the responsibility of the recipient.

Call Me Twinkle assumes no responsibility for unpaid customs charges, and does not provide refunds for packages returned due to customs issues or refusal to pay charges. We highly recommend reviewing your local import policies before placing an order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may track your package at 17track.net or through the courier’s official tracking page. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to become available.

7. Non-Receipt & Lost Parcels

If your package has not arrived within 60 days of dispatch, please contact us at service@callmetwinkle.com.
We are committed to customer satisfaction and will arrange for a replacement shipment or a full refund if your parcel is confirmed lost.

8. Order Cancellation & Modifications

Should you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once an order is marked as ready for shipment, it cannot be modified or canceled.
